WHAT DOES ONLINE COACHING INVOLVE?

HOW MUCH DOES ONLINE COACHING COST?
Type 2 Diabetes Remission Roadmap costs £349 per month. The coaching fee allows us to dedicate significant personalised time and attention to each client we work with. As experienced certified coaches. We've invested heavily in education, certifications, and years of coaching experience to be able to provide high-quality, results-driven programming tailored to your needs. The coaching fee covers our time for coaching, program design, progress analysis, and unlimited support.
HOW OFTEN WILL YOU GET IN TOUCH WITH ME?
We will be in touch frequently. we'll communicate at least a few times per week! The core of our interaction is the weekly check-in process. You'll submit a detailed check-in form providing a holistic picture of your progress beyond just training, nutrition, and sleep data, leaving no stone unturned. After reviewing your check-in, we'll provide comprehensive personal feedback via a detailed email & Loom video breaking down analysis & suggestions. This hybrid approach enables us to deliver high-quality, multimedia feedback tailored to your specific needs each week. In addition to the weekly check-ins, you also have unlimited email/in app messaging access during the week. Send updates, ask any other questions, and we will respond ASAP on weekdays. Our goal is to make this highly interactive and responsive coaching experience, while avoiding rigid scheduled calls. Our philosophy is a truly hands-on, collaborative coaching approach tailored to your needs.
WILL I NEED A GYM MEMBERSHIP?
No, you don't need a gym membership for our online program. When we design your customised training program. We'll build it around whatever equipment you have available at home. If you have no equipment we can create an effective program using bodyweight for resistance. However, we typically recommend purchasing some basic home equipment, as this allows for greater exercise variety and progressive overload over time. If you have existing equipment just let us know what you've got (dumbbells, bands, bench, etc) We'll factor that into your program to make optimal use of your setup. Of course, if you do have access to a full gym nearby and prefer that environment, we can create gym-based workout plans as well. The choice is yours - we can make it work with or without a gym membership based on your preferences and situation.
DO I NEED TO RESIDE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM?
Nope, we work with clients from all over the world. One of the best thinhgs about online coaching is that you can work with us from anywhere in the world. Our entire coaching program is conducted remotely via online tools and resources. All you need is a decent internet connection. This makes it incredibly convenient if you travel frequently for work, have a mobile lifestyle, or simply live outside the UK. As long as you can communicate with us. The only requirements are your commitment to following the program and an internet connection to allow us to communicate effectively. Your location doesn't matter at all.
IS THE PLAN TRULY TAILORED TO ME?
Absolutly, you'll receive a completly individualised plan tailored to your unique situation. We don't believe in generic, one-size-fits-all solutions. When you first sign up, you'll fill out a comprehensive intake form that allows us to gather all the relevant details about you. Using this in-depth information, we'll build your training regimen, nutritional & sleep strategy from scratch based on what will work optimally for you as an individual. It's fully customised, not generic. Personalisation is at the core of our coaching - there's no such thing as an effective one-size-fits-all formula. You can expect a program precision-fit for your body, life, goals and maximum progress.
HOW CAN I COMMUNICATE WITH YOU?
We'll have frequent touchpoints and open communication channels throughout the week via the evolution fitness & health app. As your dedicated coaches, you can message us at any time. We'll be just a tap away to provide guidance, answer questions, or discuss any issues that arise. Consistent feedback loop ensures we maintain frequent accountability, make data-driven progressions, and you always feel fully supported as we work together towards Type 2 diabetes Remission.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF I'M PERFORMING THE EXERCISES CORRECTLY?
Proper technique is crucial for safe, effective training. To help you nail your form from day one, every exercise in your program will include a video demonstration clearly showing the ideal movement pattern. These videos allow you to visually learn and model proper technique. Detailed coaching cues outline the most important technique points to focus on. If you're still unsure about your form after reviewing the videos and cues, simply record yourself performing the exercise and send us the video clip. We'll conduct a thorough form assessment and provide personalised feedback. Our analysis will cover what you're doing well, any faults or compensations to correct, plus reinforcement of the key technique points. We'll ensure you have a crystal clear understanding of how to execute the movement optimally. We can go back and forth with video critique as many times as needed until you nail each exercise's technique. Mastering proper form ensures you train safely, reduces injury risk, and get maximum effectivness from each workout.
HOW WILL YOU TRACK MY PROGRESS?
We'll adopt a multi-faceted, evidenced based approach to rigorously evaluate your advancement utilising a variety of measures. You'll log every workout, set, repetition, load, distance and duration via the evolution fitness & health app on your mobile device or computer. This data syncs instantaneously, allowing us to analyse your output. We'll monitor indices such as progressive overload on key lifts, escalations in volume tolerance, and enhancement in cardiovascular conditions. Additionally, the app integrates with popular health apps like Apple Health, Google Fit, and Fitbit. This connectivity enables us to seamlessly sync and analyse metrics like daily steps, sleep quality, blood sugar etc. Every four weeks, we'll conduct full circumference measurements across areas like your arms, abdomen, hips and thighs to gauge changes in muscle size and body fat percentage. You'll also submit updated progress photographs from multiple angles so we can appraise your compositional transformations. Your weight on the scales will be charted weekly, but this metric will be interpreted within a broader context of the collaborated data. Scale weight can fluctuate for various reasons, so it represents just one component of the overall picture. After amalgamating all these data points, We'll deliver a comprehensive analysis identifying areas of progression, any plateaus, and recommended modifications going forward. We'll make decisions collaboratively based on objective evidence.
HOW LONG WILL IT BE BEFORE I SEE RESULTS?
The timeframe for achieving your desired outcomes entirely depends on you and a few key factors: Adherence to the programme how stringently you follow the personalised lifestyle plan we provide will significantly impact your rate of progress. Consistency with the prescribed exercise, nutrition, sleep and lifestyle strastegies is paramount. Finding your optimal approach while we give you an evidenced-based starting point, some experimentation may be required to dial in the most effective food choices, meal timing, portion sizes, etc. For regulating your blood sugar levels. Your engagement and openness to adjustments based on data will accelerate this process. Individual physiological responses every person living with type 2 diabetes responds somewhat differently due to factors like insulin sensitivity, medication regimens, comorbidities, etc. Genetics and your body's adapability will influence how quickly results manifest. That said, with full commitments and our callaborative approach, most clients report positive changes in biomarkers like fasting blood glucose, HbA1c, and weight within the first 4-6 weeks. WHAT IS THE MINIMUM TERM COMMITMENT?
The minimum commitment for our Type 2 Diabetes Remission Roadmap program is an initial 16 week term. The 16 week minimum term allows us the necessary runway to properly implement sustainable lifestyle changes, make data-driven adjustments to your plan, and give your body sufficient time to adapt and improve biomarkers like blood sugar glucose control and weight loss. After the initial 16 weeks, you can choose to continue month-to-month. The flexible monthly agreement beyond the 16 weeks allow us to work together longer as you're seeing continuious improvements in your condition. This structured but flexible approach ensures we have sufficient time upfront to initiate meaningful lifestyle changes, while allowing you to re-evaluate once you've gained traction. Sustainable remission requires commitment - our aim is lasting results.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Our cancellation policy is designed to offer flexiblitiy while ensuring that we can continue to provide a high level of service. Cancellation Notice: After the initial 16 week term, you may cancel your service with 30 days' written notice. If you do not cancel within the 16 week period, your service will automatically roll over to a monthly payment process. This means you will continue to be billed monthly until you provide written notice of cancellation. All cancellations must be submitted in writting. This can be done via email. We hope this provides clarity on our cancellation policy. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.
WILL ANYONE ELSE SEE MY PROGRESS PHOTOS ?
No, your progress photos will be kept completely private and confidential. Ony you and your coach will have access to view and analyse the photos you submit throughout our coaching relationship. We have an unwavering commitment to protecting your privacy. Your photos are treated with the utmost discretion, never distributed or visible to anyone else without your express permission. They are simply tools for us to objectively track your body composition changes over time. You can feel completely comfortable uploading progress photos through the secure client portal, knowing they reside in a safe environment. Our role is to provide an encouraging, judgement-free space for you to track your journey discreetly. Rest assured, your photos and all communication between us is confidential. Our coaching focuses solely on your individual progress, not public-facing before-and-afters unless you specifically want to be featured as a success story down the road. Let us know if you need any other reassurances around the privacy and protection of your progress data!
HOW WILL YOU TRACK WHAT I EAT?
We'll monitor your food intake using the evolution fitness & health app, or, if you prefer, we can use the MyFitnessPal app. By keeping a detailed track of your nutrtion, we can ensure you stay within your calorie limits, achieve your macronutrient goals, and maintain a nutrient-dense diet
