Scott is a highly qualified master personal trainer, diabetes specialist, sleep and nutrition coach based in Barnstaple, North Devon. As the founder of evolution Fitness & Health, Scott helps clients improve their health, fitness, and long-term lifestyle habits through evidence-based coaching.
Scott began his fitness journey with kickboxing, achieving a black belt before transitioning into the fitness industry, where he completed his Level 2 and Level 3 Personal Training qualifications. Since then, he has continued to expand his expertise through advanced education and specialist training.
He remains committed to ongoing professional development to ensure his coaching reflects current evidence in training, nutrition, diabetes management, mental wellbeing, and behaviour change.
Scott is a member of CIMSPA (Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport & Physical Activity) and believes continual learning is essential for delivering long-term client results.
